1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CK99 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the CK99 website, mobile app, and any related services.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on CK99, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. If at any point you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using CK99 immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

One Account Rule

If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts linked to that individual may be permanently closed and any balance or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Accurate Information

Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Supported Methods and Currency
All financial transactions on CK99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. On most methods — particularly JazzCash and Easypaisa — this happens within 60 seconds. If a deposit does not reflect in your account after five minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
CK99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and the associated CK99 account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, and we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold. Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must bet the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on PKR 500 means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing.
Bonus Abuse
CK99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, placing bets that hedge positions to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have any bonus balance voided and may be permanently closed.
Promotion Changes
CK99 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, but any promotion not yet claimed may be adjusted or cancelled without prior notice.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and sports betting markets available on CK99 are governed by their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular game or market.
Bets are final once confirmed. CK99 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets on the basis of a player changing their mind. In the case of a technical error — such as a game disconnecting mid-round — bets will be settled according to the result at the point of the error where possible, or voided if a result cannot be fairly determined.
Cricket and Sports Betting
For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches and matches affected by weather or external events will be settled in line with our standard match rules, which are published in the Betting section of the platform.
Live Casino
Live Casino games are hosted by third-party providers and streamed in real time. CK99 is not responsible for network interruptions or stream quality issues caused by your internet connection or device. In cases of genuine technical failures on the provider's side, bets will be settled according to the provider's own resolution protocol.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
